01. Turn your phone off. If it is in frozen mode or in hung mode then remove the battery and insert it after a few seconds.
02. Press and hold Volume Up/Down + power until power is on with a menu including “Android system recovery”.
03. Use Volume Up/Down to scroll and usemenu/camera/power/volume up to select.
04. Select “wipe data/factory reset” from the menu.
05. Select “Yes….clear all user data”.
06. When the “wipe data/factory reset” is completed, then select“Reboot system now” and wait for restart your phone.
